I retain full rights to the final images. Final pieces will be used for my portfolios, website, and social media. My commissions are for any personal use. If you have plans for commercial use that needs to be mentioned at the very beginning for proper pricing.

You must provide references: photos, google docs, toyhouse profiles, etc. for oc or canon characters. Requests for real life people need well lit photos without any filters.

I'm an anime artist, so I don't draw hyper realism. Please keep that in mind when commissioning.

I WILL DRAW:

• OCs, game avatars, etc.
• Pngtuber sprites
• Real people and celebrities
• Fanart and canon characters
• Cover art
• Mild NSFW: pinup / boudoir / gravure drawings, partial nudity, underwear / lingerie / swimsuits etc., suggestive content

YOU HAVE TO BE A LEGAL ADULT FOR THE MILD NSFW OPTIONS.

I WILL NOT DRAW:

• Explicit NSFW: full frontal nudity, explicit sexual conent, or any fetish content
• Exessive gore and violent images
• Complicated vehicles and machinery
• Fursonas / anthropomorphic characters, or complicated animals

I WILL DECLINE A COMMISSION REQUEST IF ITS OUTSIDE OF MY SKILL ZONE, OR GOES AGAINST MY MORALS.

DO NOT USE MY ART FOR ANY NFT ASSETS.

Payment is upfront and will be done through whatever service you choose. I offer payment through these services: Ko-fi, VGen, Venmo, or Cashapp.

I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF CRYPTO CURRENCY OR NFT.

Delivery

Commissions should be delivered within a week. The latest could be 2 to 3 weeks. All finished commissions will be sent to the e-mail provided.

While a commission is underway there will be multiple checkups and updates!

Refunds

There are no refunds for finished works.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• I cannot complete the commission within the set deadline (a whole month)
• An unexpected event happens after payment occured, and I can't work on it anymore

Revisions

Free revisions are allowed during the inital sketching stages.

Once I start line art and flat colors there's an additional $5 charge. This only applies to major revisions. Minor revisions are free of course.

Things like changing the color of an element, or adding in an element I forgot count as a minor revision.
